The Burghley Horse Trials CCI****
World Class Horse Sport in Europe

One of only four elite eventing competitions in the world at this highest level of CCI**** competition, the Burghley Horse Trials is perhaps the ultimate test of superior skill for equestrian athletes.  England’s rolling countryside provides a picturesque backdrop for the event and a cross country course respected by even the best competitors.  The longest continuous running international event, Burghley has been host to two World Championships in 1966 and 1974, and six European Championships in 1962, 1971, 1977, 1985, 1989 and 1997.  The Burghley Horse Trials is an annual mainstay in British sporting and lifestyle circles, drawing crowds of over 140,000 throughout the weekend.  The event offers a wide array of attractions for spectators of all interests.  With over 300 trade exhibits, the famous tented village offers an exciting shopping experience including indoor and outdoor clothing, ideas for the home and garden, a mouth watering food walk and everything for the horse and rider.

The Fair Hill International CCI***
A Fall Festival in the Maryland Countryside

The Fair Hill International and Festival in the Country was the host site of the 2003 Pan American Eventing Championships.  Taking center stage throughout the weekend, the Fair Hill International CCI*** is the second-largest eventing competition in the United States and host to the annual USEF CCI*** Eventing Championships.  Fair Hill’s arduous terrain is renowned for providing an acute cross country challenge.  Featuring the most talented athletes from all over the world, Fair Hill International is an important qualifying competition for the World Equestrian Games and Olympics.  A showcase of the very best in equestrian sport, the event is also host to combined driving and the CEI*** 100-mile Endurance Championship.  Located in rural northern Maryland, this event is a true fall festival attracting a broad audience to the always exciting dog agility trials, a huge trade fair, arts and crafts, musical entertainment and special appearances.

Jersey Fresh International CCI***
Eventing Springs into Action in the Garden State

Located in historic Allentown, New Jersey, an eighteenth century mill town, the Jersey Fresh International CCI*** event features many of the world’s leading riders in this finale of major international competition for the spring season.  Many competitors will use this event as a steppingstone for the World Equestrian Games and Olympics.  The 147-acre Horse Park of New Jersey at historic Stone Tavern, the result of a unique public-private partnership, has evolved into a world-class equestrian exhibition facility.  One hundred acres of the Horse Park are open fields and wooded areas with a multitude of vantage points for spectators.   In addition, the site borders the 5,000-acre Assunpink Wildlife Management Area, a lush haven for native wildlife and migrating birds.  Spectators enjoy thrilling equestrian action, great food and shops in the large open-air trade fair.  Embracing the “Jersey Fresh” theme of the state Department of Agriculture, the event is a great destination for families seeking a true festival of spring.

The Radnor Hunt International CCI**
Eventing in Historic Hunt Country

For more than 100 years, the Radnor Hunt, located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, has been the focal point of an active sporting community, encouraging activities involving horses and sportsmanship. The Radnor Hunt International CCI** and horse trials offers a weekend of international equestrian competition featuring championship caliber challenges for both horse and rider.
